Brand Protector was built inside Wuffes — a pet-supplements brand on Amazon US — by the same founder, after pricing the enterprise tools. The numbers here are from that live deployment.

Plan contents

Everything in every plan.

One plan philosophy: no feature gates, no seat pricing, no surface paywalls, no metered takedowns. Monthly and yearly buy the identical product — the list below is what you get, and it’s all of it.

Detection surfaces

  • Amazon, eBay, Walmart — scanned daily, with Brand Registry / VeRO / IP-claim ready notices
  • Etsy, AliExpress, TikTok Shop, Temu, Shein — daily listing + shop sweeps
  • Google Shopping and Google search results that impersonate your brand
  • Lookalike web domains — typo-squats spotted early, with a ready-made plan for the ones worth registering yourself
  • New trademark filings that conflict with yours (USPTO + EUIPO, swept weekly)
  • What AI shopping assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) tell shoppers about your brand — swept weekly
  • Finds listings that copy your product photos, even when the listing text looks innocent
  • MAP Protector — advertised prices checked daily against your MAP policy on US marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Google Shopping), with opt-in enforcement letters

Workflow

  • Cases — group every listing from one bad actor and handle them together
  • Bulk inbox actions — clear a busy morning in a few clicks (dismiss / escalate / confirm / assign)
  • Smart triage rules — auto-sort the obvious stuff visually, no code; a rule can never send a takedown on its own
  • Saved inbox views — keep the filters you use every day one click away
  • Upload your product photos so we can spot copies of them
  • Draft takedowns for a whole case in one click
  • Every takedown is triple-checked before it leaves — AI confirm, human review, then a signed sworn statement
  • See when each marketplace usually responds, and which takedowns are overdue
  • Removed listings are re-checked automatically — you're alerted if they come back

Integrations

  • Daily inbox digest, weekly executive rollup, monthly report
  • Slack alerts — high-confidence finds post to your channel with one-click triage buttons
  • Browser extension — Chrome Web Store, right-click any URL into the inbox
  • Securely notify your own systems when something is found (outbound webhooks)
  • Personal API tokens for the extension; broader API access in early access
  • Owner / admin / analyst roles, unlimited team members

Compliance

  • Nobody can see your data but you — isolation enforced five independent ways (how)
  • Export everything we hold about your workspace, any time (GDPR right of access)
  • Remove a team member and their personal details are scrubbed from the records (GDPR right to erasure)
  • A complete, exportable log of every action taken in your workspace
  • Recovered-revenue estimates you can tune to your own numbers
  • No tracking or marketing cookies — strictly-necessary only
  • Our own admins must use two-step verification to touch the platform
  • SOC 2 — engagement underway

Operations

  • Uptime monitored around the clock — we get paged before you notice
  • Abuse and flood protection on every public endpoint
  • Every support question can be traced to exactly what happened
  • We watch scanner health across the fleet so you don't have to
  • Suspicious API-key activity locks itself out automatically
  • Daily encrypted backups, kept for 35 days
  • Cancel and change your mind? Your data is restorable for 30 days
  • Email support, 24-hour response

The alternative

The structural difference.

Red Points, MarqVision, and BrandShield are good enterprise products — priced and sold for enterprises. The difference is structural, not just the sticker.

Doing it yourself

At $199 a month, the real competitor is your own Saturday morning.

Manual brand protection is marketplace tabs, a suspicious-listings spreadsheet, and hand-drafted filings — across the 14 surfaces this platform sweeps automatically. Before building Brand Protector, the Wuffes founder put that routine at roughly 9 hours a week of his own time — his own report, from the deployment the product was built inside. Setup here takes about 10 minutes, and the ongoing job becomes reviewing and approving what the scanners found.

Trial mechanics

What actually happens between day 1 and day 8.

  1. Day 1

Sign up and set up — about 10 minutes

Your card goes on file but isn't charged. Add your brand, pick your marketplaces, upload product photos. The first scan starts at activation — first results in about 30 minutes, full sweep overnight.

  2. Days 1–7

    The full product, free

Every surface, unlimited takedown drafting, Slack alerts, the Chrome extension. Nothing is held back during the trial — and still no charge.

  3. Day 7

A heads-up email before any money moves

We email you the day before the first charge. Cancel from billing settings in a couple of clicks — no email to support, no call — and you pay nothing.

  4. Day 8

First charge — only if you stayed

The plan you picked starts. If you cancel later, your workspace data stays exportable for 30 days.

Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing — the cancel path is self-serve in billing settings, and your data stays exportable for 30 days after any cancellation.

Payback math

One removal a month and it roughly pays for itself.

The recovered-revenue number on your dashboard uses a deliberately conservative yardstick: a removed Amazon, eBay, or Walmart listing counts as ~$300/mo in estimated recovered revenue, ~$150 on other surfaces — flat assumptions you can tune to your own sales data in settings. Every figure is labeled “~” and “estimated”, because it is one.

At $199/mo, a single successful Amazon removal a month roughly covers the subscription. For scale: Wuffes’ first 30 days produced 47 takedown filings, 38 of them confirmed removed. Try your own assumptions on the right.

Conservative default — the product counts a removed Amazon, eBay, or Walmart listing at ~$300/mo (~$150 on other surfaces). Tune it to your own sales data.

Frequently asked

What buyers actually ask before they sign up.

Do you take payment during the trial?

We collect a card so the subscription is set up to roll on day 8 — but no charge until then. Cancel from your billing settings before the trial ends and you pay nothing. We'll email you the day before charging.

How fast am I live?

Setup is self-serve and takes about 10 minutes — no sales call, no onboarding project. Your first scan starts at activation and first results typically land in about 30 minutes; the first full sweep across all 14 surfaces completes overnight.

Can I switch from monthly to yearly later?

Yes — switch from your billing page. The change prorates automatically. Yearly costs $1,499 against $2,388 for twelve months of monthly: $889 less, about 38%.

What happens if a payment fails?

We'll retry on the standard schedule and email your billing contact. Scans keep running for a 7-day grace period; after that they pause until you update your card. Settings, billing, and help stay accessible the whole time.

Are takedowns metered?

No. Every plan includes unlimited takedown drafting on every supported surface. No per-takedown fee, no monthly cap, no usage minimum. The only gate on a takedown leaving your workspace is the triple-step attestation flow.

Can I export my data if I cancel?

Yes — workspace data export is self-serve from settings, even after cancellation, throughout the 30-day soft-delete window. The audit log is exportable as CSV at any time. After 30 days the workspace is purged irreversibly.

How are detections counted toward limits?

There are no detection limits on the plan. Your subscription includes whatever volume the 14 surfaces produce against your brand. If you operate dozens of brands or run very-high-volume sweeps, talk to us.

Is the audit log really immutable?

Yes — the authoritative audit-log archive is a nightly export to a Google Cloud Storage bucket sealed with Bucket Lock for 7 years. Even a Brand Protector project owner cannot delete or modify entries within the retention window.

Do you offer enterprise pricing?

Yes — for teams that need data hosted in a specific region, signed contracts (MSA, DPA), uptime SLAs, dedicated support, or single-tenant isolation. Reach out to sales@brandprotector.io.
