What does unlimited include?
Unlimited discovery and takedown drafting and filing volume per workspace, across supported surfaces. You approve every notice; some platforms require you to complete filing. Platforms decide removals.
What if it flags a real seller?
Then it doesn't get filed. Three gates sit in front of every takedown: the AI confirms the match, you look at the evidence, and you sign off on the exact listing ID. Resellers you've marked as authorized are flagged for context, never queued. Nothing is filed in your name without you.
Do I need a card to try it?
Not to start. There's no card at sign-up; you add one at the end of the ~10-minute setup and your 7-day trial starts there. The first charge lands on day 8; cancel in-app before that and you pay nothing.
Do I need marketplace credentials to get started?
No. The first scan runs on public surfaces with zero credentials, and full coverage builds across your first week as each marketplace's schedule comes around (most are swept the first night). Add your Amazon Brand Registry or eBay VeRO details whenever you want to file through those programs; detection doesn't wait for them.
Am I exposed legally if a takedown is disputed?
Nothing files itself. A notice goes out only after your review and sign-off, it carries a complete evidence pack (screenshots, archived page copy, similarity scores), and every action is recorded in a tamper-proof audit log kept for seven years. Where Brand Protector transmits the notice, it's sworn under penalty of perjury. Where you file on the platform's own form, it's a review-and-sign-off: the platform's form carries the declaration. If a filing is ever disputed, you can show exactly what you reviewed and when you approved it.
We're bigger than a one-person brand team. Is this still for us?
The self-service plan includes unlimited team members for $199/mo. For requirements beyond the self-service plan, email sales@brandprotector.io to discuss fit before signing up. Custom contracts, dedicated support, hosting arrangements and SLAs are not included in the published plan.
Can I leave and take my data with me?
Yes. Cancellation is self-serve in-app, with no call and no retention flow. You can export everything your workspace holds as a complete ZIP (JSONL per collection, schema README included), and the audit log exports as CSV at any time. Data stays exportable for 30 days after you cancel; after that the workspace is purged.
